Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@dehamcare.com.

Shipping for Returns: To return your product, email us at support@dehamcare.com, and we will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
