Ingredients

Directions
For the first 2 weeks, take 2 capsules daily, with food. Thereafter, increase to 3 capsules per day, as required.

I will never be without this stuff ever again.. I have been taking MG for at least 8 years. I started taking it for my migraines, which it has helped a lot, but it also done wonders for my BP. My Doctor wanted to put me on medication for BP, but I was not ready to give in and start taking a prescription med. Within 3-4 months after starting this my BP became normal, and had remained normal till January of this year when I ran out. I started taking a regular OTC magnesium. It done nothing for me. Within 6 weeks
my BP was all over the place, pulse was racing nerves were frayed, and after a quick stop at the clinic to have my BP checked(5 minutes later I was being sent to the ER). Thank God everything checked out ok, other than my BP. But that is when I come to the conclusion that I needed this Active MG. After many tests and Holter monitoring, and convincing my Cardiologist to let me have another chance with this stuff, I am happy to say he is very pleased with the results of being back on this stuff for 2 1/2 months.
I AM NOT SAYING EVERYONE WILL HAVE THE RESULTS I HAVE HAD, but give it a try.. I just hope they never stop making it.

I used to get absolutely terrible migraines. I do not do medication! It's nothing more than a drug to cover up problems like putting a Band-Aid on a sore. So I tried many things to alleviate the monthly horrific migraines I would get. They would be so bad that sometimes I would be in bed all day for 24 hours. Found this product and I thought let me give it a try. It took a couple months but I won't go without it. Now I take two a day everyday! I highly recommend using it if you suffer from migraines as well. Drugs in my opinion have way too many side effects. I also discovered avoiding anything with nitrates helped migraines as well.

I have been taking this product for many years! Since I was young I have suffered from severe headaches which would cause nausea & vomiting. I remember one of the first prescription drugs that would dissolve on your tongue. It did help with the nausea BUT not the headache pain! I had a neurologist giving me injections (lidocaine) at the base of my skull to see if I could get some relief. Nothing worked. While on the internet I came across the product, read all the great reviews & I've never looked back. I cannot be without it. I am not a believer in anything when it says it can help with migraines. My sister in law sent me this add and I thought what the heck, give it a try. I have also been taking Riboflavin and that has really helped, but adding this, I've gone from 20 plus headaches a month to maybe 3 with 1 bad one. I plan on getting more.
