I have taken Active Mg for about 5 years, I started when it was first called migraine stop. Recently I could not buy the product in Australia and within a week of running out I had a migraine and then 5 days later I had another migraine. I googled and found it available from America. The cost is high because of the Australian dollar but you can not put a cost on your health. I highly recommend this product for any migraine sufferer. It works!

I take it to make sure my feet and legs don't cramp in bed. I don't know how my feet know that I have just laid down, but if I forget to take it before bed, or run out of it, I am in bad pain and cramped up. Just buying a cheap bottle of magnesium is not the same. ActiveMG works in just a few minutes. which makes it that much more appreciated. I won't be without it!!

This is my second review. I originally gave Active Mg 5 stars over 3 months ago. After taking Active Mg for 90 days, I had no migraines just a few headaches here and there. I regretfully stopped Active Mg and chose another so-called similar product that was less expensive. A migraine episode hit 3 weeks later. I have been taking this product for a month, and I've had a noticeable drop in the frequency of my migraines. I get horrible cluster headaches that basically cripple me for around an hour and make me vomit. They make me want to die when they hit. These pills have worked wonders in the last month. Seldom a headache, and if I do get one, it's weak and short lived. Excellent product!

I am not a believer in anything when it says it can help with migraines. My sister in law sent me this add and I thought what the heck, give it a try.
